Future Lending LLC 

Effective Date: November 28, 2025 

1. Agreement to Terms 

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement 

between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Future Lending LLC ("Future Lending," 

"Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a Nevada limited liability company, governing your 

access to and use of our website, mobile applications, broker portal, and all related 

services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, submitting 

an application for financing, or otherwise engaging with Future Lending, you

Terms. 

IMPORTANT: If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our 

Services. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of any changes to 

These Terms constitute acceptance of those changes. 

2. Definitions 

For purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply: 

"Applicant" means any individual or entity that submits an application for financing 

through the Services. 

"Borrower" means any individual or entity that has been approved for and has 

accepted financing through the Services. 

"Broker" means a third party authorized by Future Lending to submit applications on

behalf of potential borrowers through the broker portal. 

"Funding Partner" means any lender, investor, financial institution, or other entity 

with whom Future Lending collaborates to provide, fund, or service financing 

products. 

"Loan Agreement" means the separate written agreement between the Borrower 

and the applicable Funding Partner that governs the specific terms and conditions of 

Any financing extended. 

 

"Services" means the website located at www.futurelendingllc.com, the broker portal, 

mobile applications, loan application processing, financing placement, and all related 

products and services offered by Future Lending. 

3. Eligibility and User Representations 

3.1 General Eligibility 

To use the Services or apply for financing, you must: (a) be at least eighteen (18) 

years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater; (b) have 

the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law; (c) not be 

prohibited from using the Services under any applicable law, regulation, or court order 

order; and (d) provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested. 

3.2 User Representations and Warranties 

By using the Services or submitting an application, you represent and warrant that: 

all information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete; you have the 

Authority to submit information on behalf of any business entity for which you are 

applying, you will promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate or 

incomplete; you are not using the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of 

any applicable laws or regulations, and you have read and understand the terms of 

These Terms and our Privacy Policy. 

4. Application Process and No Guarantee of Financing 

4.1 Application Submission 

Submitting an application through our Services constitutes a request for financing 

consideration and does not constitute a commitment, guarantee, or promise of 

approval or funding. All financing decisions, including approval, denial, and terms, 

conditions, and funding, are made solely by the applicable Funding Partner in 

accordance with its underwriting criteria, policies, and applicable law. 

4.2 Underwriting and Credit Decisions 

We and our Funding Partners we may evaluate your application using various factors, 

which may include, but are not limited to: creditworthiness and credit history; income 

and ability to repay; collateral value and type; business performance and financial 

condition; debt-to-income ratios; verification of identity and information provided; and 

any other factors deemed relevant under applicable underwriting guidelines. Credit 

decisions are made in compliance with the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), 

Regulation B, and all other applicable fair lending laws. 

4.3 Separate Loan Agreements 

If your application is approved and you accept a financing offer, the specific terms 

and the conditions of your loan, line of credit, or other financing product will be governed 

by a separate Loan Agreement and the required disclosures provided by the Funding 

Partner. Those agreements, together with any required Truth in Lending Act (TILA) 

disclosures, control the legal rights and obligations between you and the Funding 

Partner. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and your Loan Agreement, 

The Loan Agreement shall govern the financing transaction. 

5. Information Sharing, Credit Reporting, and Fair Credit 

Practices 

5.1 Authorization to Share Information 

By submitting an application or using the Services, you expressly authorize Future 

Lending and its Funding Partners to obtain consumer reports and credit information 

from one or more consumer reporting agencies for the purposes of evaluating your 

application, verifying your identity, and servicing any resulting financing; share your 

application information, identity verification data, and credit information with Funding 

Partners, investors, and service providers for purposes of underwriting, funding, 

servicing, and collection; and report information about your account, including 

payment history and defaults, to consumer reporting agencies in accordance with the 

Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). 

5.2 Fair Credit Reporting Act Compliance 

and our Funding Partners will obtain and use consumer reports only for 

permissible purposes as defined under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), 15 

U.S.C. Section 1681 et seq. If any adverse action is taken on your application based on 

In whole or in part, on information contained in a consumer report, you will be 

provided with an adverse action notice that includes the name and contact information 

information of the consumer reporting agency that provided the report, a statement 

that the agency did not make the decision, and cannot explain why the decision was 

made, and a statement of your right to obtain a free copy of the report and to dispute 

any inaccuracies. 

5.3 Equal Credit Opportunity 

Future Lending and its Funding Partners are committed to providing equal credit 

opportunity to all applicants. In accordance with the Equal Credit Opportunity Act 

(ECOA) and Regulation B, we do not discriminate against any applicant on the basis of 

of race, color, religion, national origin, sex (including sexual orientation and gender 

identity, marital status, age) (provided the applicant has the capacity to contract), 

receipt of income from any public assistance program, or the good faith exercise of 

any right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act. 

6. Military Lending Act Protections 

If you are an active-duty member of the United States Armed Forces (including 

active Guard or active Reserve duty for a period of more than 30 days), or a 

dependent on such a servicemember as defined under the Military Lending Act 

(MLA), You are entitled to certain protections under the MLA (10 U.S.C. Section 987
